Vasant Patel - Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor/many hat wearer
Born & raised in Auckland, my life has been my fitness journey. Starting in martial arts in my primary years, to be taken over by basketball in my teenage years, later maturing to encompass pilates, boxing, power lifting, running & cycling.
Until I grasped that my body & mind were mine for life I struggled with consistency in my wellbeing. Deciding that being fit & healthy are constants I want in my life I committed to a consistent fitness journey. Finding value & real meaning in sharing this vision with others I decided to make other peoples wellness journeys my business (literally).
My current fitness goal is to run a half marathon in under 2 hours & lift a combined 500Kg’s in the squat, bench & deadlift on the same day!
Away from the gym I’m nurturing & being nurtured by a full house, with a loving wife (Beebs), beautiful daughter (Meera), newly arrived son (Viaan) & fur-daughter (Mia). If I’m not with a client or playing with family I’m cooking up something delicious in the kitchen being an avid cook & caterer.

Strength & Conditioning - Manage strength & conditioning for competitive amateur boxers including Commonwealth athlete Tasmyn Benny & Heavyweight Nic Grantham
Marathon Training - Coached clients from novice to half marathons in as little as 7 weeks. Regularly run & encourage athletes towards running events.
