8 Week block (recommended) - Broken down into two 4 week blocks, this package is perfect to build strong foundations - $115/week or $700

6 Week block - For when you have the momentum and want to go deeper - $115/week or $500

On Going Coaching (minimum commitment of 12 weeks) - Designed around the rhythm and cadence of your life, regular programming and coaching works around you - $850 for your first 12 weeks, $85/week thereafter
