The core of Your Training - Level Up small group personal training sessions are where you will execute on your plan. You’ll get the attention you need while pushing you towards your success in a team environment.
LVL Up - Coaching
Your Game - Take Away. Want to work to your own schedule or without the restrictions of a gym? Increase efficiencies towards your goals with personalised programming & coaching. Includes 1 complimentary Lvl Up Group Training session a week to stay connected.
Counter Punch for Parkinson’s
Focused on improving the wellbeing of those with Parkinson’s through a variety of modalities including movement, speech, co-ordination drills and more . A great community sharing their unique journey & common experiences of life with Parkinson's.
First one’s on us, come in and check it out, Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30AM.
